While land acquisitions and community construction projects seemed frequent, one builder’s name seemed to surface in connection with some of Metro Phoenix’s most impressive developments. Landsea Homes has been the developer behind several new construction residential projects in recent months. Landsea Homes in Goodyear and Mesa
According to a recent report, Landsea Homes recently acquired 1,067 finished single-family homesites at The Eastmark in Mesa, Arizona, and at El Cidro in Goodyear, Arizona.
Greg Balen, Arizona regional president for Landsea Homes, commented that ?We continue to strategically expand in Arizona with the recent purchases of new homesites at Eastmark and El Cidro,? Balen also said, ?We?ve sold homes in Eastmark before, and they appealed to the region’s demand for modern, quality housing at a desired price point. Mesa is one of Arizona’s most sought-after cities to live in, and we know that these new homes at Auto Courts and Green Court will sell quickly.”
Green Court at Eastmark and Auto Court at Eastmark
The Green Court at Eastmark consists of 133 finished lots, and the Auto Courts at Eastmark consists of 90 finished lots. These properties are part of Landsea Homes? Performance Collection. According to its website, Landsea Homes has launched its High-Performance Homes program in select communities across Arizona and California. The program features ?three core pillars including home automation, sustainability, and energy savings, which gives homebuyers connected living at their fingertips, providing ease, security, and privacy.? The Eastmark proprieties will be designed according to these program standards.
The Eastmark homes will be located in Mesa’s heart near top-rated schools, in beautiful neighborhoods, with the latest amenities. The 3,200-acre community will combine new residential housing with recreation, employment, education, and commerce. The Green Court and Auto Court neighborhoods are only minutes away from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and are located in the thriving Gateway Corridor.
Landsea has also acquired 844 lots in Goodyear in an existing community of El Cidro. The new properties are single-family homes that will range from 1,315 square feet to 3,240 square feet. Landsea will be offering the El Cidro properties as part of its Garrett Walker Collection, which offers homes with more affordable pricing. Goodyear residents in El Cidro can live in-town and have easy access to I-10.
